Delivery via EMS, ARAMEX, KIWI POST or BOXETTE may take up to 7-20 working days worldwide.

 

Once the order has left the warehouse, delivery redirection is not possible.

If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to receive delivery, we will either:

- redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery cost.

- refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to make a return or exchange an item, please make sure it’s done within 7 days from delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition – unused and unaltered – all tags must be attached. Pre-orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. REFUNDS

A refund will be issued on the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the return. Additionally, 3 business days are needed to receive the payment.
