Mariam Akhobadze (b.1990) hailing from Georgia, is an accomplished figurative artist. She earned her master's degree in fine arts from The Tbilisi State Academy of Fine Arts. Her exceptional mastery of the craft shines through in every one of her artistic creations. Above all, her passion lies in the realm of painting, where she skillfully challenges and redefines the medium, crafting her unique visual vocabulary. Through a meticulous layering process, she constructs psychological portraits that narrate captivating tales of human interactions. 

 

Mariam's works have been exhibited in Georgia, including her solo exhibition 'Ordinary Life' at the Tbilisi History Museum, Georgian National Museum (2021) and group shows abroad in Poland, Israel, Italy and Armenia among others.
